the staff are friendly, that's something. however, waiting 20 minutes for an egg at breakfast is simply unacceptable! and of course, there's no heating control in the room—so i had to endure the noise outside with windows open. honestly, woudl ve been nice to receive some complimentary gesture for the trouble. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

stunning mountain view, spacious family room, charming terrace area
The noise from the bar below can be disruptive!!! A lack of lounge space means sitting in cramped bar areas or your room!!! Rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment!!!

During my stay, I appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the staff, who were welcoming and offered valuable local advice. The family room we occupied was spacious with a separate lounge area, double bed, and a beautiful balcony view of the mountains. the half-board dining option was good value, with hearty evening meals and a delightful terrace accommodating little fires for cooler temperatures.
The noise from groups below our room could be disruptive.

Mixed feelings about this
The staff were incredibly friendly and offered great assistance. Dining was a delight with a good half-board option, highlighted by excellent three-course meals tucked into a cozy atmosphere.
Service at the bar could be slow,, impacting the overall experience. The ski room's dual purpose could lead to congestion with suitcases, making it less convenient.
